Tell the operator that you wish to make an appointment. You may make an appointment up to 6 months in advance.

If you have an acute situation and need to see the doctor on an urgent basis, call and ask to speak to your specific doctor's office and the nurses will assist you.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This courtesy will allow another patient who needs to be seen to make use of it.
